If you have read Lencioni’s best seller, you know how he identifies what can go wrong in leadership teams. Now learn what to do about it. Using Lencioni’s licensed material, “Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team,” participants will experience a number of activities to develop the five areas most essential to highly functioning executive teams.  These segments can be presented over the course of a one or two day retreat, or segments can be integrated into regular weekly meetings of an executive team.  In that version, team’s development occurs within the context of the business agenda, improved by increased awareness and developing skills.  Team members answer a confidential questionnaire at the beginning, in 6 months, and 6 months later to self-assess their own development.  The essential ingredients to highly functioning teams are:
