Janet Britcher, President Janet Britcher, Executive Coach and President

Janet Britcher founded Transformation Management LLC to help clients improve business results through more effective management. Management skills raise the level of an organization's capacity, enabling greater productivity, resourcefulness, results and value.

Ms. Britcher has extensive executive coaching, human resources and organizational consulting experience, and has held leadership roles inside corporations including Thomson Financial Software Solutions and the law firm Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo. She also has extensive management experience, managing groups of 60 employees.

She has an MBA with a concentration in organizational development, is certified in Myers-Briggs, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), LEGO Serious Play and a Gestalt group process.

She was a faculty member in the Management Department of Regis College and Lesley University. Professional leadership roles in the past have included president of New England Women Business Owners, board member of WPI Venture Forum, Entrepreneur’s Network (IEEE), Accion USA a microlending organization, and Vice President Membership for the Boston Area Chapter of Applied Psychological Type (Myers-Briggs). She is a frequent public speaker.

Beverly Flaxington Beverly Flaxington, Executive Coach and Speech Coach
Beverly Flaxington has expertise in training, organizational development, and the effective utilization of behavioral tools to drive business growth. She has a particular specialty in sales, sales management, and client service, and public speaking for a wide variety of industries.

Beverly previously held senior level sales, business development and business operations positions with John Hancock Financial Services. Beverly's background includes retail banking; during her banking career she launched the first ATM operation and co-led the first IRA operation for Patriot Bank, N.A.

Beverly holds both a BSBA and an MBA from Suffolk University. She holds National Association of Securities Dealers licenses 6, 26, 63, 22 and 65. She has held numerous board and volunteer positions with not-for-profit organizations.
 

Rob FletcherRob Fletcher, Group Facilitator

Rob Fletcher is a consultant, author, speaker and coach for a wide variety of corporations and organizations. Rob’s quest is to create passionate, committed teams and organizations united in a common vision—with each person’s unique strengths effectively in play everyday.  Rob has a particular gift for designing and delivering large group teambuilding events for 500 + participants. He has received training in the Emotional Intelligence model and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Alesia Latson, Leadership Effectiveness Workshop Leader Alesia Latson
Alesia Latson has been studying and practicing the art and science of leadership and organizational development for over 20 years. She has held management and organizational development roles in large financial services organizations, healthcare, and government.

Through expert facilitation and personal coaching, Ms. Latson has worked with hundreds of leaders at all levels to expand their management and leadership effectiveness, by supporting them in creating work relationships and environments that enhance employee development and the achievement of business goals.

Ms. Latson received her M.A. in Training and Development from Lesley University and her B.A. in psychology from the University of Illinois; she is qualified to administer Myers-Briggs. She was on the adjunct faculty of Lesley University.

  Wynne Miller
Wynne Miller, Executive Coach

Wynne Miller is a life long trainer and coach. She is among the first Master Certified Coaches (MCC) credentialed by The International Coaching Federation (top 1% of all coaches).

A graduate of Brandeis University, with a degree in psychology, she has continued her education with courses at Boston College School of Management, outplacement training, certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, family systems theory and applications for business, as well as holistic studies.

Sophie Parker Sophie Parker, Executive Coach and Group Facilitator
Sophie Parker is an organizational development consultant specializing in organizational assessment and change management. Her background in theatre gives her the sensitivity, humor, and creativity necessary to work comfortably with diverse people and organizations. Ms. Parker has extensive experience training groups in conflict management, leadership development, and building communication skills.

Training and certification as a coach, creativity consultant, facilitator, and mediator includes: The Birkman® Method Assessment, Gestalt Organization and Systems Development International Program (OSDI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI), and the Harvard Mediation Program.
 

Leigh Quinn, Jr. Leigh Quinn, Jr., Executive Coach

Leigh Quinn, Jr. works with boards, CEO's, senior management teams and sales teams to address the challenges of effective leadership, strategy development, group dynamics; and mission-driven/value-focused organizational change.

Leigh has 20 years of experience developing, managing and then running a specialty chemical company. This experience has provided him with first hand knowledge of what it takes to make a business succeed and thrive in today's dynamic competitive environment. Combining this hands-on executive management expertise with consulting experience and theoretical models enables him to help businesses create stable yet resilient and sustainable organizational environments.
