About Us

What is Transformation Management?

Transformation Management is more than skill development, more than a new strategy. Transformation coaching includes a new awareness of leadership choices, thinking and decisions. It is management coaching at its best, and includes the ability to be agile, to continually assess and redirect as needed, benefiting from the lessons of the past, but not imprisoned by the methods of the past.

All my coaching clients are bright, capable, educated and successful, and they want to create a change. Therefore our work builds on existing strengths to broaden and provide greater access to personal resources and capabilities to achieve improved results.
